Beer Poached Italian Sausage

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. Italian sausage
  • 12 oz. beer
  • 10 hot dog buns
  • Top with freshly chopped onion and spicy mustard.

Directions

  1. Place the sausage in the slow cooker and pour the beer over the top.

  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.

  3. Serve in buns.
