Ingredients
- 8 to 10 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup water
Directions

Cook sweet potatoes in 2 to 3 inches water in a large saucepan until barely soft. Drain. When cool enough to handle, peel and slice into slow cooker.

While potatoes are cooking in the saucepan, combine remaining ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Repeat until glaze thickens slightly.

Pour glaze over peeled, cooked sweet potatoes in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
