Panera’s Jalapeno-Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 15-oz. cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2/3 cup tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, leaves and stems
  • 1 large jalapeno, chopped
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Olive oil
  • Crackers of your choice

Directions

  1. Add chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, cilantro, and jalapeno to a food processor. Pulse until mixture turns smooth and has thickened. While still running, gradually add water until mixture gets an even and smoother consistency.

  2. Drizzle olive oil on top and serve with crackers on the side.
