Thanksgiving Chips

Ingredients

  • Salted sweet potato chips
  • Salted kettle chips
  • Powdered turkey gravy mix
  • Poultry seasoning
  • Dried cranberries
  • Toasted pecans
  • Fried sage leaves
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Spread a mix of chips on 2 baking sheets and bake at 350 until warm and shiny, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with gravy mix and poultry seasoning, let sit for a minute, then toss and let cool. Toss with dried cranberries, toasted pecans, and fried sage leaves. Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry until crisp, about 10 seconds.
