Ingredients
- 2 lbs. asparagus, trimmed
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- Flaky sea salt, for serving

Light the grill and preheat it to medium or preheat the broiler.

Using a vegetable peeler, scrape off the tough outer skin from the lower stalks of the asparagus. Rinse the asparagus, pat it dry with paper towels, and toss with 1 tbsp of the olive oil.

Place the honey, vinegar and the remaining 3 tbsp olive oil in a small bowl and whisk to mix. Season lightly with salt and pepper and set aside.

Grill or broil the asparagus until tender and only lightly charred, turning once, about 3 minutes per side.

Arrange the asparagus on a serving plate, toss with the sauce and sprinkle flaky sea salt on top. Serve at once.
