Ingredients
- 4 pint-size glass mason jars with lids
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 4 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dried blueberries
- Ground cinnamon
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Directions

In each of the mason jars, combine 1/4 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp syrup, 1 tbsp blueberries and a pinch of cinnamon. Add 1/2 cup milk to each jar.

Secure the lids tightly and shake the jars to mix the contents. Place in the fridge overnight.

When ready to serve, sprinkle 1 tbsp nuts on top of each.
