- 8 oz. bacon
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 350. Line an 11×17-inch rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper long enough to hang slightly over the sides.

Combine the bacon and sugar in a large bowl. Toss it together, working the sugar into the bacon with your fingertips. Arrange the bacon slices in a single layer on the prepared pan.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until bacon is crisp-looking. Serve hot.
