Ingredients
- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 bacon slices
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Microwave broccoli and water in a bowl, covered, 2 minutes. Combine vinegar, shallot and sugar in a small bowl; set aside. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, 6-8 minutes; drain, then crumble. Stir 1 tbsp bacon drippings and sour cream into the vinegar mixture. Toss with the broccoli, cranberries and the bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
