Ingredients
- Premade pizza crust
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Cheese: pizza blend, mozzarella and Parmesan, cheddar Jack, goat cheese crumbles, blue cheese crumbles
- Toppings:
- sauteed butternut squash, roasted cauliflower, shaved brussels sprouts, caramelized onions
- Chopped pistachios or prosciutto slices
Directions

Brush pizza crusts with olive oil and rub with garlic.

Add cheese—a layer under the toppings will keep the crust from getting soggy.

Add toppings and more cheese and bake at 400, 8-12 minutes.
