Ingredients
- Grains: whole grain quinoa, farro, garlic and olive oil quinoa, or southwestern style quinoa and brown rice
- Condiments: classic hummus, classic guacamole, caponata, artichoke tapenade, red pesto
- Crunch: everything cashews, sesame seeds, crispy onion straws
- Veggies: roasted Brussels sprouts, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli, roasted green beans
- Soft-boiled egg
