Ingredients
- 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting work surface
- 2-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons unsalted shelled sunflower seeds
- 1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 egg, beaten
- a splash of water
- homemade everything seasoning
Directions

In a bowl, measure and add the flour, baking powder, salt, onion and garlic powder. Whisk to combine.

Add in the sunflower seeds and stir.

Next, add in the greek yogurt, switch over to a rubber spatula and mix until combined. Shape into a ball and turn out onto a floured surface.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each piece in a little flour before rolling into a 10-inch rope.

Place a sheet of parchment onto a plate or rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle a little of the everything seasoning over top.

Place each bagel onto the seasoning and gently press. Reshaping the bagel if necessary.

Thoroughly beat the egg with a splash of water. Brush the tops and sides of the bagel with the egg wash before sprinkling with more everything seasoning.

Preheat your air fryer to 300°. Depending on the size, you may need to work in batches. Air fry bagels for 12 to 15 minutes.

Allow to cool sligthly before slicing and toasting.
