Ingredients

• 3 oz. bourbon
• 1 tsp pure maple syrup
• Orange bitters
• Freshly opened bottle or can of seltzer
• Two 2-inch strips of lemon peel
• 2 maraschino cherries

Directions

1. Fill two rocks glasses with ice.

2. Divide the bourbon and maple syrup between the glasses. Give a few shakes of bitters into each glass, then a few splashes of seltzer.

3. Garnish each cocktail with a strip of lemon peel and a cherry.
