Ingredients
- 1 lb. red or yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup small basil leaves
- 1 lb. bocconcini, packed in water
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
Directions

Thread a tomato onto a skewer, followed by a basil leaf and a bocconcini. Repeat with a second tomato, basil leaf, and bocconcini. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Arrange the skewers on a large platter. Just before serving, drizzle with a little olive oil and season with fleur de sel.
