Ingredients
- 3/4 lb linguine
- Olive oil to taste
- 6 plum tomatoes, coarsly chopped
- 1 cup basil leaves coarsly chopped
- s and p to taste
- 1/4 c vodka
- 1/4 c heavy cream
Directions

Cook pasta. Saute tomatoes and basil for 1 to 2 minutes.

Season and lower heat and simmer 10 to 15 m inutes. Add vodka an d bring to boil. add cream and cook, stirring until heated through.
