Green Beans with Pistachios and Orange

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. green beans, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted shelled pistachios, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tsp orange zest

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Toss green beans with butter, salt and pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet. Spread in a single layer. Roast, stirring once halfway, until tender and lightly browned, 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with pistachios and orange zest and toss to combine. Serve hot.
