Ingredients
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 large potatoes, peeled
Directions

First, grate peeled potatoes then squeezing out its excess juice. In a bowl, add the potatoes, baking powder, flour, salt, eggs and onion. Combine well. Next, shape them similar to what you have in the restaurant. Heat enough oil in a pan. Put in the shaped potato “patties” and fry until golden brown in color. After this, drain out excess oil from the fried hash brown by placing them on a plate lined with a paper towel.
