McDonald’s Hamburger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • The Hamburger Seasoning:
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp accent
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • Waxed paper
  • For assembly:
  • 5 burger buns
  • 5 dill slices
  • 5 tbsp mayo
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp ketchup

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients well, then divide the mixture into 5 patties, then put on a square wax paper then freeze for 1 hour. While waiting, prepare the buns. Slice in half then spread with butter. Toast in a pan or griddle until slightly browned. Cook the patties thoroughly.

  2. Assemble the burger by spreading mayo and mustard on the bun. Add the patty, ketchup, onion, and dill. Top with the other bun and serve immediately.
