Ingredients
- 1 1/2lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbs chopped bassil
- 1tsp oregano
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 29 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 cans tomatoe paste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 dry lasagna noodles
- 1 pt ricotta
- 1/2 c grated parmesan
- 2 tbs dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lb mozzarella, shredded
- 2 tbs grated parmesan
Directions

a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain fat;mix in basil, organo, brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp salt,diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutres, stirring occasionally. Preheat oven to 375. Cook noodles per pkg. In med bowl, mix eggs, ricotta, parmesn, parsley and 1 tsp salt. Layer 1/3 of noodles in bottom of 9 × 13 pan. Cover with 1/2 ricotta mixture, 1/2 mozzarella and 1/3 of the sauce. Repeat. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Sprinkle parmean over the top.Bake in oven 30 minutes.
