Roquefort Butter

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Roquefort cheese
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temp
  • 2 tbsp Cognac
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Place the cheese, butter, Cognac and pepper in a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process thoroughly. Transfer to a bowl and fold in the walnuts.
