Ingredients
- 3 oz. Roquefort cheese
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temp
- 2 tbsp Cognac
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

Place the cheese, butter, Cognac and pepper in a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process thoroughly. Transfer to a bowl and fold in the walnuts.
