Ingredients
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp distilled white vinegar or water
- 1/4 cup Dijon
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temp
- 1/4 cup minced fresh chives
- Salt and black pepper
Directions

In a small bowl dissolve the dry mustard and sugar in the vinegar or water. Stir in the Dijon. Transfer to a food processor and add the butter and chives. Process to blend thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
