Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 7 oz. plain goat cheese
- 1 shredded peeled apple, patted dry
- 1/4 cup unseasoned pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Topping: 1/2 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
Directions

Mix ingredients in a medium bowl. Scoop onto a large piece of plastic wrap coated with cooking spray. Use the plastic wrap to help you form the mixture into a ball, then completely wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 2 days.

Before serving, place topping in a shallow dish and roll the cheese ball in it, pressing to adhere.
