Ingredients
- 10 oz. mozzarella
- 8 plum tomatoes
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Cut the mozzarella into thin slices.

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

Arrange the cheese and tomato slices on 4 individual serving plates and season to taste with salt. Set aside in a cool place for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the basil leaves over the salad then drizzle with the oil and season with pepper to taste.

Serve immediately.
