Ingredients
- 1 tbs snipped dried tomatoes 9not oil packed)
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2tbs softened cream cheese
- 2 tsp fresh snipped basil
- black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil

Place tomatoes in a small bowl and pour enough boiling water over tomnatoes to cover; let stand for 10 minutes and pat dry. Cut a pocket in each breast. In small bowl, combine feta, cream cheese, basil and tomatoes. Spoon mixture equally in the pockets. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Cook chicken in skillet o ver med high heat for 12 to 14 minutes, or until tender and no longer pink, turning once,
