Ingredients
- 1 box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 1/2 loaf of White Bread
- Egg
- Celery
- Onion
- Parsley (Curley)
- Garlic (4 Cloves)
- Chicken Bouillon Cubes 2
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme 1/2 tsp
- Poultry Seasoning
- Ketchup
- Hot Sauce
Directions

Toast 1/2 Loaf of White Bread

Make 1 box of Jiffy Cornbread

Crumble Jiffy Cornbread and White Bread

Saute Celery, Onion, and Garlic and add to cornbread mix and stir

Season mixture with salt, pepper, thyme, poultry seasoning, and parsley

Crack 1 egg over mixture

Splash of Ketchup

Splash of hot sauce

Add the mixture to a greased baking dish

Pour Chicken Broth over mixture and cover with aluminum foil

Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes

Check at 20 minute mark. If it looks dry add more broth.

Check again at 30 minutes
