Ingredients

• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 1 Tablespoon frozen lemonade concentrate
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

1. Measure out one Tablespoon of frozen lemonade concentrate and let it come up to room temperature.

2. Mix the lemonade concentrate with the softened butter. Add the lemon zest if you decided to use it.

3. Scrape the mixture into a small serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
