Ingredients
- One can of cream of celery soup, undiluted
- Milk or cream to thin

Open the can. Dump it in a small microwaveable-safe bowl. Heat it in the microwave until it’s piping hot.

Drizzle the sauce over the Salmon Cakes, sprinkle on a little parsley or fresh dill if you happen to have it, and serve immediately.
