Ingredients
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
- 4 oz. feta, chopped
- 1/4 cup red or green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 cup mayo
- 3 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
- 3/4 tsp dried oregano
- Baked Pita Chips (see recipe)
Directions

eheat oven to 350. Place artichokes, cheese and bell pepper in a medium bowl. Press garlic into bowl. Add mayo, green onions and oregano; mix well. Spoon into 8" inch baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with Baked Pita Chips.
