Cherry Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 pkg choc chips for frosting
  • Frosting:1 cup sugar
  • 5 T margarine
  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions

  1. Mix by hand and put in jelly roll pan (greased and floured). 20-25 minutes 350 degrees.Raise oven shelf.

  2. Frosting: Combine sugar, margarine, milk, and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute and stir. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir well and pour over cake.
