Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 lb gruyere cheese
- 1 lb. cheddar cheese
- 2 cups sauterne
- 1 T Kirsch
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 2 loaves French bread
Directions

Rub inside fondue booker with crushed clove of garlic. Heat wine at low temperature til bubbles start coming up from bottom; Add cheese a little at a time stirring constantly in one direction til melted and blended. Add Kirsch and corn starch. Never LET CHEESE BOIL! cut up bread in bite size pieces; Spread on cookie sheet and toast in oven. Serve with fruit and tea
