Ingredients
- 12 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan

Microwave broccoli as directed; drain well. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in crushed red pepper; cook 1 minute. Add broccoli, salt and black pepper; cook, stirring, until broccoli just begins to brown, about 3 minutes. Toss with Parmesan.
