Sauteed Broccoli and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. Microwave broccoli as directed; drain well. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in crushed red pepper; cook 1 minute. Add broccoli, salt and black pepper; cook, stirring, until broccoli just begins to brown, about 3 minutes. Toss with Parmesan.
