Ingredients
- 16 oz. frozen pierogi
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper

Cook pierogi as directed. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook until it starts browning, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the pierogi, dill, lemon zest and juice; season with salt and pepper. Cook until the pierogi brown slightly, about 1 minute more.
