Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Roasted Garlic Oil (see recipe), or olive oil
- 2 medium heads broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Roasted Garlic (see recipe)
- 1/2 cup Cheesy Garlic Bread Crumbs (see recipe)
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

Heat a 12-inch skillet with a tight-fitting lid over medium-high heat. Add the oil and when it’s shimmering-hot, add the broccoli and red pepper flakes and season with the salt and pepper. Cook, turning the broccoli to sear evenly, until lightly charred, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the broth and roasted garlic, then cover and cook until the broccoli is softened, about 5 minutes longer.

Transfer to a serving platter, then top with the cheesy garlic bread crumbs and the Parm.
