Company Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2lb frozen hash browns
  • 1 1/4 stick butter
  • 1/3 c chopped onion
  • 8 oz finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 c crushed corn flakes

Directions

  1. Melt 1/2 the butter and mix with the corn flakes, set aside.
  2. Melt other half of the butter and mix with remaining ingredients. Place in 9×13 baking dish. Top with corn flake mixture. Bake at 350F for 90 minutes
