Ingredients
- 1/2 stick cold butter
- Reserved marinade from Marinated steaks
- Salt and pepper

Cut butter into chunks. Transfer the reserved marinade to a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, then lower the heat to a gentle simmer. Whisk in the butter, a chunk or two at a time, until glossy and delicious. Remove from the heat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with the steaks.
