Ingredients
- 14 oz jar of artichoke hearts
- 12 oz. frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 oz. grated Parmesan
- 2 oz. grated mozzarella
Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Drain the artichokes and chop them coarsely. Drain the spinach. Combine the entire ingredients together in a large bowl; reserving half of the cheeses aside.

Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the leftover cheese.

Cook in the oven to 20-25 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips, chips, pita chips or bread.
