Red Robin Creamy Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 14 oz jar of artichoke hearts
  • 12 oz. frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 oz. grated Parmesan
  • 2 oz. grated mozzarella

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Drain the artichokes and chop them coarsely. Drain the spinach. Combine the entire ingredients together in a large bowl; reserving half of the cheeses aside.

  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the leftover cheese.

  4. Cook in the oven to 20-25 minutes.

  5. Serve with tortilla chips, chips, pita chips or bread.
