- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 12 whole sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped in half
- 6 slices of goat cheese
- 6 Kaiser rolls
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 24 large fresh basil leaves
Directions
-
Mix first 7 ingredients into a bowl.
-
Form the ground chuck into twelve 4 oz. balls. Turn each ball into a patty by using the STUFF side of a burger press to push it down.

Grill over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side.
-
Spread mayo on a roll and garnish with 2 basil leaves on the top and bottom of the burger and then apply the bun.
