Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 Kaiser rolls, split and heated
- 4 slices onion, or to taste
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomato
Directions
-
Combine the beef, Worcestershire, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl.
-
Form the ground beef into eight 4 oz. balls. Turn each ball into a patty by using the STUFF side of the burger press to push it down.
-
Fill half of the patties with 1/4 cup of the blue cheese in the center of each patty.
-
Place the other patty on top of the stuffed patty.
-
Use the SEAL side of the burger press to keep the two patties in place. Close the press firmly, which will seal the patties together. Release the press.
-
Place onions in a pan and cook for 4 minutes with olive oil and the rest of the salt and pepper.
-
Put the patties on the grill and cook for 6 minutes on each side.
-
Serve on a heated Kaiser roll with sliced onion, lettuce, and tomato on the side.
