Ingredients
- 1 Cup Coconut Flour OR 1/2 c coconut flour and 3/4 c Almond flour
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 2 c shredded cheese
- 2 TB each: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning (more or less depending on your taste preference)
- Salt
- 2 sticks butter, cut into pats
Directions

Mix flour, cream cheese, 2 sticks melted butter, eggs, shredded cheese and spices thoroughly.

Line pans with foil or parchment paper

Spray lining with cooking spray

Press half of mixture into each pan

If you want to use a rolling pin, be sure to cover with foil or parchment paper before rolling and remove after rolling is done

Place sliced butter (1 stick per pan) on the top of the dough

Salt to lightly

Bake 10-15 min at 350 or until lightly browned on top (do not over bake)

If you have a freeze dryer, allow to cool and process in freeze dryer – they will be crunchier without needing to be over baked if this is completed. This is optional and not required.

Store in air tight container in fridge if not freeze dried
