Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 1/2 cup A.1 Steak Sauce
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 lbs. flank steak, cut crosswise into strips
- Scallion brush, for garnish

In a large glass baking dish, combine scallions, steak sauce, peanut butter, lemon juice, brown sugar, oil, red pepper and garlic until well blended. Add steak strips to marinade; refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.

Thread steak strips onto 4-inch-long skewers. Grill or broil meat 4 inches from heat source 10 to 20 minutes or until done, turning and brushing with marinade often. Arrange on serving platter; garnish with scallion brush.
