Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

Mix all ingredients; spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 2- cup casserole.

Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish as desired. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or party rye bread slices.
