Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups grated carrots (about 3 carrots)
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 cup ice
Directions

Blend carrots, bananas, cottage cheese, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
