Ingredients
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
- 8 oz. jar roasted sweet red peppers, drained
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions

Pulse the almonds, breadcrumbs, tomatoes, red peppers, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper in a food processor until finely combined. Add the sherry; process until blended. Continue processing while gradually adding oil in a steady stream.
