Creamy Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 (4.5oz.) jars sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 tsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in soup and broth until smooth. Stir in mushrooms, parsley, and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is hot.
