Ingredients
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 (4.5oz.) jars sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tsp minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in soup and broth until smooth. Stir in mushrooms, parsley, and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is hot.
