Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 6 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded English cucumber
Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and cumin until smooth. Stir in cabbage and all remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
