  • 1 bartlett or d'anjou pear per person
  • quarter size piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

  1. instant pot for 9 minutes (david though 7 was too short, but I liked it)

  2. quick release
