Ingredients
- 1/4 c blackberry (or any flavor) sugar free jam or jelly
- 2 c mixed nuts OR 1 1/2 c sugar free nut butter
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c coconut oil
- Erythritol to taste (3 or 4 Tbsp maybe?)
Directions

Grind nuts in chopper or food processor as fine as they will get – if they can turn to nut butter that is good. It is ok if they don’t, but end will not have a completely smooth texture.

Add coconut oil and continue chopping until completely mixed in to nuts.

Add jam/jelly and process in thoroughly.

Add cream cheese and process thoroughly.

Add sweetener to taste and process to mix.

Spray silicon molds or ice cube trays w cooking spray.

Freeze cubes.

Store in bag after frozen.

Put small amount in fridge to thaw to eat.
