- Ribs
- Aluminum foil
- BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, or apple juice optional
Directions

Prep the ribs the night before by adding a dry rub to the ribs. Wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Smoke at 225 degrees bone side down for 3 hours

Smoke, wrapped in foil, meat side down for 2 hours. You can add apple juice or any other flavoring if desired.

Smoke bone side down for another hour. You can spritz with water or juice if desired or cover in BBQ sauce.
