Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 c. buttermilk, yogurt, kefir
- 3 T sugar cane
- 1 egg
- 1/2 t. vanilla
Directions

Put th butter in a mixing bowl. Put the bowl in a warm over until the butter is soft

Add the oats, cultured milk and raisins to the melted butter. Mix together with a spoon. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave in a warm place for 8-24.

Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and baking soda and mix together.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough on the cookie sheet. Leave space around the cookies, as they will spread when baking.

Bake in a 300 degree over for about 30 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
