Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 c. rhubarb
- topping - 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
- Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, water, and rhubarb. Put into a 9 × 9 dish.
- Cover with plastic and microwave 3 minutes.
- Create the topping by combining butter, flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Spread on top of the rhubarb mix.
- Bake uncovered in the microwave for 10 minutes.
