Ingredients
- 1 package parsnips
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. oleo
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Peel and slice parsnips lengthwise – the thinner the better.
- Boil 3-4 minutes in small amount of water.
- Drain then roll in flour. Shake off all excess.
- Fry in oleo until golden brown.
